Detailer

Murray Automotive Group is currently looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team.  Work amongst the leaders in the industry and become an important member of the Murray Automotive Group, one of the largest automotive groups in the country. As the dealership's Detailer your responsibilities will be:

·         Cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles for display and delivery to customers.

·         Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles which includes: washing and waxing the exterior, buffing wheels and dress tires, vacuuming and shampooing interior, detailing interior components, cleaning windows and glass.

·         Replace strips, decals and nameplates as required.

·         Apply paint, fabric and vinyl protectant.

·         Inspecting finished vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·         Effective organization and multitasking abilities.

·         Precise attention to detail.

·         Reliable

·         Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

·         Valid Driver's Licence.

The Product Specialist's role is instrumental to our success. Providing exceptional customer service through; product demonstrations, helping customers find a vehicle that is suitable to their needs, assisting customers with technology, and solving problems quickly and efficiently. As a Murray Product Specialist, you're highly skilled at uncovering customers' needs, then following through with solutions! Not only are you the first person customers meet when they contact us or enter the store, but you're also the person who guides them, and helps to provide positive customer experiences!

Responsibilities

·         Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new & used vehicles

·         Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display

·         Supply customer with product performance and benefits

·         Build strong rapport with customers

·         Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over email and text communication

·         Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments, making sure clients are informed before they walk into the dealership

Qualifications

·         Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

·         Bilingual (English and French) is an asset

·         Comfortable with technology & social media

·         Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

·         Quality customer service skills and sales track record

·         Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone

·         Eager to learn dealership best practices and advanced customer service skills

·         Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out

·         Valid Nova Scotia Drivers Licence

Finance & Insurance Manager

Murray Automotive group is currently looking for a F&I Manager to join our team.  Work amongst the leaders in the industry and become an important member of the Murray Automotive Group, one of the largest automotive groups in the country. As the dealership's F&I Manager your responsibilities will be:

·         Collect and forward information and documentation to financial institutions to obtain approval on financing.

·         Produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling financial and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.

·         Manage rate quotes, insurance fees and financing details.

·         Prepare appropriate delivery and submission of paperwork to customers and outside sources.

·         Verify all documents for correct information, titles, taxes and lien information.

·         Prepare monthly reports on financial penetration.

·         Ensure accuracy of all paperwork.
