Detailer

Murray Automotive Group is currently looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team.  Work amongst the leaders in the industry and become an important member of the Murray Automotive Group, one of the largest automotive groups in the country. As the dealership's Detailer your responsibilities will be:

·         Cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles for display and delivery to customers.

·         Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles which includes: washing and waxing the exterior, buffing wheels and dress tires, vacuuming and shampooing interior, detailing interior components, cleaning windows and glass.

·         Replace strips, decals and nameplates as required.

·         Apply paint, fabric and vinyl protectant.

·         Inspecting finished vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·         Effective organization and multitasking abilities.

·         Precise attention to detail.

·         Reliable

·         Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

·         Valid Driver's Licence.

Finance & Insurance Manager

As the dealership's F&I Manager your responsibilities will be:

·         Collect and forward information and documentation to financial institutions to obtain approval on financing.

·         Produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling financial and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.

·         Manage rate quotes, insurance fees and financing details.

·         Prepare appropriate delivery and submission of paperwork to customers and outside sources.

·         Verify all documents for correct information, titles, taxes and lien information.

·         Prepare monthly reports on financial penetration.

·         Ensure accuracy of all paperwork.

Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

·         Sell new and used vehicles to obtain dealership profit, increase volume and maintain customer satisfaction

·         Examine and analyze actions continually to best manage time and plan more effectively and report to Sales Manager daily to review.

·         Keep up to date on technological changes in the automotive industry including: new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to the customers.

·         Identify each client's vehicle requirements by asking questions and listening.

·         Demonstrate new and used vehicles.

·         Recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction and work diligently toward that goal.

·         Deliver new and used vehicles to customers to ensure the customer understands the operating features, warranty conditions, and all related documents in order to establish customer loyalty.

·         Maintain an owner follow-up and prospect development system to encourage repeat referral and new business.

·         Acquaint customers with service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of dealership operations.

·         Prepare reports on all sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, sales presentations, new clients, repeat clients, etc.

·         Accurately complete all appropriate paperwork related to sales on a timely manner.

·         Attend department meetings.

·         Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.

·         Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma.

·         Experience an asset.

·         Valid Driver's Licence.

·         Broad understanding of automotive terminology.  

    Skills & Effort:

·         Financially motivated with an ambitious and outgoing attitude.

·         Effective listener and communicator with strong observation abilities.

·         Computer literate.
